Brief: 
To upgrade and move an older, coded website on to the Weebly CMS platform using a Weebly template.

Brief:
After considering generic NZ petition websites the petitioner chose to build a petition website from scratch using Value Websites' - Edit Your Webs - CMS designer platform. Also general marketing for the petition.
