If after discussion, you and we agree that building a website on the Website Designer Platform will meet your website objectives, we will (free of charge) develop a proposal. This will include full details of your web project including: design considerations, copy writing issues, pricing options, time frames, payment arrangements, etc. Our aim is to ensure that we both fully understand what is, and what is not, included in your website project. It will clearly explain a process for including any project extensions that may arise.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Value Websites are managers of a Website Designer Platform.
2. A summary of our current Website Designer Plan charges appears in a table on this webpage (or document).
3. Monthly and annual price points are indicated for the plan we offer.
4. This Plan provides you with hosting for your website plus FREE editing minutes each month.
5. Editing may include 'troubleshooting & development' as necessary.
6. Value Websites may charge after your monthly editing minutes have been used.
7. Value Websites may be engaged to design and create websites for clients on their Website Designer Platform.
8. Completing our Website Dreams Form is your first step if you would like to engage us to design and create your website.
9. After consultation with you, we will develop a website proposal outlining the scope of your website project.
10. Once we have agreement, Value Websites will design, create and deliver your Website.
11. With your approval your website will be published by us at which point your first monthly (or annual) Website Plan Fee will fall due.
12. If you choose to design and create your own website on the designer platform, your first monthly (or annual) Website Plan Fee will fall due when you publish it.
