Training
 We want you to enjoy using our products and feel totally comfortable with them. We have a training video and a comprehensive online help system for our Content Management System. However, we can provide one-on-one or group training in the use of all of our products, as required.
Learning anything new does require your active participation and the desire to want to learn. If you do not want to understand how your system works and to learn how to use it, and you want us to do everything for you, our prices are set out in these pages, e.g. Content creation and Product Catalogue setup fees, etc.
As required, we will charge a monthly maintenance fee for enabling us to make changes to your website for you when required. This fee will vary depending on your individual requirements and the complexity of the tasks we will be required to do.
If you require further training after your initial orientation - for whatever reason - then our training charges will apply.
Individual Training Session
This is a one hour session with one or two people. Usually this will happen via Skype connection or via landline phone. If you require us to come to your office, a travel charge may apply.

Team Training Session
This is a half day team training session. It would normally be face-to-face over 4 hours with a 20 min. break. If you require us to come to your office a travel charge may apply.
