Software Costs
Software is the most expensive to develop and create - especially if you want to do something unique on the Internet. Woogloo has spent millions of dollars over the years to create its unique solutions. The Woogloo solution is like a production car: millions have been spent to develop it, but it can be easily reproduced - bringing down the per item cost to make it affordable for everyone.
Much of Woogloo's development has been in making it flexible and powerful enough to be suited to almost any company's or person's needs and/or desires - ensuring their web dream can become a reality.
Internet software has three components to it:

Set-up Cost
The cost of setting the software up. This is paid once only.
We have two types of plug-in products: single products and combination packages. The combined packages (denoted by shading) have been created as a rationalization of a group of individual products into a recognizable 'super' product - e.g. the CRM (Client Relationship Management) product requires the functionality found in several individual products, but also has its own unique dashboard interface not found in any of the other products.

Hosting Cost
The cost of hosting it on our servers (e.g. enabling it to be accessible via the internet) and of ongoing support and upgrades. This is a monthly charge.

Training Cost
The cost of training one person in your organization or a team of people to use the product.

Custom Functionality
One of the powerful features of the Woogloo platform is that it can be fully customized to suit you individual requirements.
Unlike other software companies, much of our development work has been in the area of enabling us to rapidly customize our platform to suit an individual company's needs. In many cases, we consider our platform to be just the beginning of the whole application or system that you may require - and this is reflected in our pricing.
Many large CRM systems, Accounting or POS systems cost ten to one hundred times what our systems cost - but they cannot be customized and have limited growth potential in terms of adding other systems to them (e.g. a CRM system may be complete in itself, but have no ability to have an accounting system fully integrated into it at any time in the future). Using the same budget (or, in many cases, much less budget) as you would normally have spent on another system, you can get our system fully customized to your exacting requirements - with the ability to expand it into a more complete system whenever you require it. As our system will already have 90% of what you require already built into it, the cost of upgrading it - or customizing it - to suit your needs can be very low.
Fully integrated systems can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars and be very expensive to setup once you have brought the software. Our solution enables you to get that same functionality at a fraction of the cost - with it tailor made to suit your needs. And always remember, our upgrades come free-of-charge and your ongoing costs will always be less using our systems.
Being software, almost anything is possible. However, what you think you need or want, when it comes to the basic website or e-Commerce functionality, may not produce the best results. We have built this platform over almost a decade and operate in eight countries around the world, it is to your advantage, and to the advantage of your wallet, that you consider very carefully what we have to say when we advise you as to what will work best for your business. In the end we will do exactly what you want, but will charge according to the time it takes to complete the work.
All our programming charges are very low indeed - this is because our platform enables very rapid development of complex systems.

Training Costs
We want you to enjoy using our products and feel totally comfortable with them. We have a full set of training videos and a comprehensive online help system. However, we can provide one-on-one or group training in the use of all of our products.
However, learning anything new does require your active participation and the desire to want to learn. If you do not want to understand how your system works and to learn how to use it, and you want us to do everything for you, our prices are set out below (i.e. Content creation and Product Catalogue setup fees). On top of these we will charge a monthly maintenance fee for enabling us to make changes to your website for you when required (this fee will vary depending on your individual requirements). If you require further training - for whatever reason - then our training charges will apply.
